Users located inside the Village limits 

For each single family or single business, professional, commercial or industrial connection inside the corporate limits of the Village the following rates apply:

0 to 100 cu ft  $9.89
101 to 6700 cu ft  $2.23 / 100 cu ft
6701 to 13000 cu ft $2.10 / 100 cu ft
13001 to 26000 cu ft $1.84 / 100 cu ft
Over 26000 cu ft $1.32 / 100 cu ft

  Users located outside the Village limits

0 to 100 cu ft $14.84
101 to 6700 cu ft $3.35 / 100 cu ft
6701 to 13000 cu ft $3.14 / 100 cu ft
13001 to 26000 cu ft $2.76 / 100 cu ft

 1 cubic foot = 7.48 gallons.

A duplex may use a minimum 1” tap for the two apartments.  Included are 2-3/4” meters, 2 valves, 2 curb boxes and a “y” fitting.

 All larger taps are similarly priced and the Village office should be contacted for further information.  Additionally, for larger taps, a development fee is charged and this cost may be obtained from the Village office.

A front footage charge of $8.00 per front foot of the lot or land to be served by such a tap inside the Village is charged.  The outside footage charge is $12.00 per front foot with a minimum of 150’ charged outside the Village.

The present ordinance requires all owners of land, or subsequent owners of land which tap into the Village water system to agree to annex to the Village when it is legally permissible to do so.
